Configuring Message

  1. Log in to supLink by accessing http://<supLink server IP>:8042/admin with the same username and password as supOS.
  2. Select System Settings > Message Config.
  3. Configure message settings, and then click Save.
ParameterDescription
Message languageThe language of the pushed alarm messages.
Enable the UMENG pushWhether to enable alarm messages pushed from UMENG.
Personalized alarm soundWhether to enable custom alarm sound. Presently only available for iOS.
Alarm push frequencySet the minimum interval for pushing alarm messages, and during the set period, alarm messages will only be sent once.

Configuring Login

  1. Select System Settings > Login Config.
  2. Configure login information, and then click Save.
  • Need auth: Enable it, and you need to apply for anthorization for first-time login on mobile.
  • Login expire time: Set the period after which the account will be logged out.

    Changing the login expire time will forcibly log out all accounts.

Configuring Workbench

  1. Select System Settings > Workbench Config.
  2. Under Basic Settings, configure workbench.
  • Custom workbench: Enable it, and select a page from published applications to be the front page on mobile.
  • One-touch call: Set the number to call when you tap the Emergency Call at the upper-left corner on mobile.
  • Organization enabled: Diable it, and the Contacts tab on mobile will be hidden.
  1. Click Carousel Settings, set the carousel content on top of the front page on mobile.
    1. Click New Carousel, and enter the basic information.
    2. Click App selection text box to select an application to be linked with the carousel content.
    3. Select an app, and then click Next step to select the content under the app. When you tap the carousel on mobile, the linked app page will be displayed.
    4. Click Confirm, and then click Publish.

  1. Click Basic Settings, and then click Save.

Configuring Enterprise

  1. Select System Settings > Enterprise Config.
  2. Configure enterprise, and then click Save.
  • Company name/Company short name: Set the company name that displays on mobile.
  • Custom image: The image shows on top of the login page.
  • Start picture: The image shows when the mobile app is starting.

Viewing System Information

Select System Settings > System Info to view system information.

Configuring APP

  1. Select System Settings > APP Config.
  2. Configure app, and then click Save.
  • Page operation authorization: Grant the permission for operations to be done on mobile.
  • Load/Submit timeout: Set the timeout duration for mobile app loading and submitting.

Configuring Version

  1. Select System Settings > Version Config, and you can see the version of the current supLink server.
  2. Click Upload to upload the Android installation package.
  • You can click the package to download and install supLink mobile app.
  • Scan the QR code to install supLink mobile app.

Other Configuration

Select System Settings > Other Config.

  • IM file save time: Set the time period for saving the instant messages on mobile.
  • Scan for IP address replacement:
    • Enable it, and when using supLink mobile app to scan QR codes which are linked with supOS pages, you will be redirected to supLink web login page.
    • When using supLink mobile app to scan QR codes which link with addresses having localhost as keyword, you will be redirected to supLink web login page whether the function is enabled or not.
    • supLink mobile app scan function can be used for general QR codes.
